"Chasing the Light" is an avant-garde exploration into the mystique of aurora hunting, transcending conventional storytelling to immerse audiences in a poetic abstraction of light and emotion.
Following the brushstrokes of luminescence against the ink-black canvas of the Arctic sky, the film unfolds as a visual poem, the audience is taken on a trip of light chasing. Ethereal whispers/ the hissing sounds guide the seeker, echoing ancient tales and celestial secrets, mirroring the wanderer's inner journey.
The film follows the ethereal pilgrimage of a seeker, navigating the enigmatic landscapes of the Arctic in search of the elusive Northern Lights.
With minimal dialogue and an ambient soundscape, the film is a meditation on solitude, wonder, and the transformative power of chasing the luminous veils that paint the heavens. Through its abstract lens, the film offers a transcendent experience, inviting audiences to embark on an introspective odyssey, where the boundaries between the self and the cosmic dissolve in the poetic dance of the Northern Lights.
